Quick AnswerThe right ABA film blowing machine starts with your film product, not the machine specification. For most packaging converters, a 55/65/55mm extruder configuration with a 1,200mm die and IBC cage hits the sweet spot — producing 120–150 kg/h at 0.30–0.35 kWh/kg, with the ability to run up Read More

Quick AnswerIf your factory produces shopping bags or garbage bags with recycled material, an ABA blown film machine is usually the most cost-effective choice — it lets you run 20-30% recycled PE in the core layer while keeping virgin-grade surface appearance. If you need barrier packaging for food Read More

Quick AnswerFilm thickness variation in blown film production stems from five root causes: inconsistent melt distribution, uneven cooling, die head misalignment, bubble instability, and raw material variation. The most effective approach layers equipment upgrades — Internal Bubble Cooling (IBC), rot Read More

Quick AnswerThe right air ring for your blown film machine depends on three numbers: your film gauge range, your target output rate, and your die diameter. For film above 50 microns, a single-lip air ring does the job at the lowest cost. For 20 to 50 microns — the range where most commodity packagin Read More

Quick AnswerInternal Bubble Cooling (IBC) and External Post Cooling (EPC) solve different problems. IBC cools the bubble from the inside using chilled air circulated through the die head — it increases output by 18 to 35%, improves gauge uniformity, and stabilizes the bubble for thin-gauge film belo Read More
